Fleet list — collapsible folders ([+]/[-]), quick-sum, hide filter

In the grouped view every folder header carries a [-] (expanded) or [+] (collapsed) indicator plus a quick-sum: <n> runs · <m> chats (muted) and · <k> live (accent) when anything is running — at a glance, expanded or collapsed. Chat counts come from the same store as the chats view ($CYBERINE_HOME/chat-sessions/).

Default state: on startup folders open COLLAPSED — except folders with live runs and the folder of the current working directory, which start expanded (fleets with many folders stay a compact overview). With the cursor on a folder header: Space toggles, ← collapses, → expands. Space on a run row still opens quick-reply, ⏎ on a folder header still opens the new-session compose flow. Collapse state is session-local (not persisted).

Hide filter (persisted): H on a folder header hides that folder; hidden folders survive restarts via $CYBERINE_HOME/settings.json (hiddenFolders). While anything is hidden a notice line shows <n> folder(s) hidden — U unhide all; U unhides everything. The help overlay (?) documents both.
